Will our clients know you are involved?

No. We work under your brand, use your tools, and attend your meetings if needed. To your clients, we are your development team.

How does pricing work?

All projects are quoted as fixed price based on a £65/hour rate. You provide designs and a brief, we provide a detailed quote. No hourly billing, no scope creep. Volume commitments (3+ projects/year) unlock 10-15% discounts.

What do you need from us to quote?

Design files (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), content structure or sitemap, functional requirements, and any integration specs. The more complete the brief, the more accurate the quote. If designs are not final, we can do technical scoping and planning in the meantime.

What are the payment terms?

50% deposit on project approval, 50% on completion. SLA packages billed monthly in advance on annual contracts. Hourly work invoiced monthly, net 30.

Can you scale up for larger projects?

Yes. We have a network of trusted developers we have worked with for years. For larger builds we bring in additional resource without compromising quality or confidentiality.

Do you handle hosting after launch?

Yes. Three SLA tiers from £200/month covering security, monitoring, updates, and support. Your clients get reliable infrastructure under your brand. Most agency partners move their client sites onto our hosting.

What if we only need you occasionally?

That is fine. Some agency partners use us every month, others once or twice a year. No minimums, no retainers required for project work. Volume discounts apply when you commit to multiple projects.

Can our clients contact you directly?

By default, no. You log support requests with us. If you want to give a specific client direct access for emergencies, we can arrange that.
